Local delivery is available within 25 miles of our location. Or, you can come by and pick up your purchase at the shop.

Shipping is typically provided through the US Postal Service or UPS. We will quote the price based on the weight and volume of the order. At CC Wood and Craft we do not charge a handling fee for your order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A refund of the original purchase price will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the return. An email verification of the return will be sent by CC Wood and Craft.

<At CC Wood and Craft we are diligent in protecting our shipped products. However, accidents happen that are beyond our control. Should your purchase arrive damaged, provide photographic evidence to SALES@CCWOODANDCRAFT.COM. We will provide a replacement item at our expense as expeditiously as possible.

Custom engraving orders are the specialty of CC Wood and Craft. Artwork or concept is provided by the customer. Price is dependent on the size and type of material engraved.

Logo design services are available for a flat fee of $200. This price includes all design service through to customer approval of the completed design.
