Meet CC Wood and Craft Custom Engravers of Several Mediums
Customer Provided Artwork
Every custom engraving begins with artwork provided by the customer. Sometimes the customer requests a specific theme. In that case, CC Wood and Craft will provide options that match the requested theme. The customer then makes the final decision on the artwork.
Company Logos
Sometimes we get to start with a company logo. The customer gives us their company logo. Sometimes the logo fits within our dimensions (Buzzinga Coffee). Other times, we rework the existing logo to fit the provided dimensions (Sugar Creek Candle Company). And when we are lucky, we get to work with the company to design the logo (Twin Holler Honey). We are not limited to engraving. We created the Twin Holler Honey logo and provided waterproof labels for their honey jars.
Twin Holler Honey puts this label on every bottle it sells.
Our story
The idea for CC Wood and Craft began after my retirement in 2018. Unfortunately, it took another five years to start pursuing this dream. I could have called it a hobby and saved myself a lot of headaches. However, I have aspirations for this business.
Those five years also gave me the time and money to buy the machinery I wanted. These machines are instrumental in my fulfilling this dream. Therefore, in 2023, I registered CC Wood and Craft in Kentucky as a Sole Proprietorship. After all, the government must get its due.
We have started out small. We participate in a select few craft fairs each year. We are slowly adding more. We’re also adding commercial customers where we can.
We can provide one-of-a-kind objects for individual customers, as well as in bulk for larger customers. Our goal is to deliver high-quality products on time, regardless of the quantity.
While we specialize in laser engraving and CNC routing, we are not limited to these media. We also provide logo design work. We have done this for a product label design.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
At CC Wood and Craft, our philosophy is simple: our customers usually know what they want. This holds true most of the time. When they don't, they at least have an idea of what they want. This is when we get to be a little creative. In the end, the customer chooses what gets engraved. And we strive to do whatever is necessary to deliver quality products on time.
